We're Hiring : Manager – Global Sales (ANZ Region)
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for building high-performing global teams? We’re looking for a Manager – Global Sales to lead and scale our ANZ-focused sales team from our Bangalore office.
What You’ll Do :
- Build & lead a world-class sales team focused on full-cycle B2B sales and revenue growth
- Drive sales performance, from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
- Develop and optimize sales processes, incentive schemes, and negotiation strategies
- Collaborate across global time zones, ensuring alignment with regional sales teams
- Leverage AI-powered sales tools, CRM systems, and automation to enhance productivity
- Deliver high-impact analytics, sales enablement, and quality control initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For :
5+ years in high-performance AE, ISR, or SDR roles, with 2+ years leading global sales teamsProven success in hiring, coaching, and developing top-tier sales talentDeep experience in B2B full-cycle sales, deal negotiation, and revenue generationStrong understanding of Salesforce, sales engagement tools, and GTM workflowsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in fintech or payments is a plusFrench or German language skills are preferredLocation : Bangalore (Hybrid – 4 days / week in office)
