We are hiring Cluster Head-SLI || BIKANER || 7-8 Years !!!

Job Purpose : Identify and initiate new business areas / opportunities within the given geography (cluster area) so that Business objectives are achieved.

Job Responsibilities(JR) :

Sales / Business sourcing
Managing portfolio & Compliance
Business conduct & Customer relations
Team management & Training
Operations

Educational Qualifications- Ay Graduate , Post graduate

Key Skills if any-

Positive attitude; Sales and Influencing Skills

Banking Product & Process Knowledge

Planning and Organizing Skills; Communication skills

Effective Team management

Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry

Dealing with Internal verticals & external agencies.

Total Work Exp. required- : 7- 8 years of experience in banking / microfinance industry, handling loans, client management and Team Handling experience.
