Job Purpose : Identify and initiate new business areas / opportunities within the given geography (cluster area) so that Business objectives are achieved.
Job Responsibilities(JR) :

- Managing portfolio & Compliance
- Business conduct & Customer relations
- Team management & Training
- Operations
Educational Qualifications- Ay Graduate , Post graduate
Key Skills if any-
Total Work Exp. required- : 7- 8 years of experience in banking / microfinance industry, handling loans, client management and Team Handling experience.
