Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Coordinator at Dewan Consultants in Mumbai. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for tasks such as interacting with candidates, coordinating interviews, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating the hiring process.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
Experience in hiring and interviewing processes
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Must have strong computer skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment techniques
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Knowledge in process of overseas recruitment for GCC countries will be an added advantage.
Salary - 3 LPA to 5 LPA
