Job Summary :
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Recruiter and Project Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in our organization by recruiting freelance trainers / vendors and effectively coordinating training projects for corporate clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in recruiting freelance talent using platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn, and strong coordination abilities to ensure smooth collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment of Freelance Trainers / Vendors :
- Utilize various online platforms, including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, to identify and attract qualified freelance trainers / vendors.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet project requirements and client expectations.
- Negotiate terms of engagement and contracts with trainers / vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of freelance trainers / vendors to meet the evolving needs of our training projects.
Project Coordination :
Act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders involved in training projects.Collaborate with clients to understand project objectives, timelines, and specific training needs.Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, operations, and training delivery, to ensure seamless project execution.Facilitate effective communication between trainers / vendors and project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns promptly.Client Proposal Creation :
Develop compelling proposals for clients using PowerPoint, showcasing our training solutions tailored to their specific needs and requirements.Gather relevant information from internal / external teams and incorporate it into the proposal to demonstrate our capabilities and expertise.Modify proposals as needed based on client feedback and ensure timely delivery to meet proposal deadlines.Key Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and hiring freelance trainers / vendors.Strong proficiency in utilizing recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc., to identify and attract talent.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating client proposals, with a keen eye for design and presentation aesthetics.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Prior experience in the corporate training industry is preferred but not required.Interested Candidates Kindly send your updated resume on [HIDDEN TEXT]
