Key Responsibilities
- Lead the AMS verification process by reviewing design specifications and defining comprehensive verification plans
- Architect, implement, and automate analog, digital, and AMS test benches for pre-silicon verification
- Develop SystemVerilog real number analog behavioral models , monitors, and checkers for AMS / DMS designs
- Collaborate with analog, digital, and system designers to validate system-level requirements
- Work with digital verification teams to verify analog-digital interfaces and ensure cross-domain functionality
- Define and lead the development of advanced AMS simulation and verification methodologies
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field4+ years of hands-on experience in AMS design verificationProficiency in SystemVerilog and real number modelingExperience with Cadence Spectre and AMS simulatorsStrong understanding of analog IPs such as Bandgap, Oscillator, ADC / DAC, LDO, PLL, SerDesProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Tcl, or PerlPreferred Qualifications
Experience developing verification methodologies, automation, and flowsHands-on experience in AMS chip bring-up and debugTape-out experience in verification of analog / mixed-signal circuits including LDO, DC-DC converters, Bandgap, ADC / DAC, Temp Sensors, PLLsStrong understanding of CMOS and VLSI technologies , including layout effects, device physics, sub-micron behavior, and reliabilitySkills Required
