Role Overview :
We are seeking driven and ambitious
Enterprise Sales Executives
to join our high-performing sales team in
Mumbai (West Region) . This role is ideal for professionals with 0 –3 years of experience
who possess a strong techno-commercial acumen and a passion for consultative selling. The selected candidates will be responsible for initiating engagement with key stakeholders, delivering business presentations, and supporting end-to-end deal closures.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and engage potential enterprise clients across the West region.
Establish strong relationships with CXOs and other key decision-makers.
Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Deliver effective business presentations and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft customized solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on targets and outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our solutions.
Candidate Profile : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science / Information Technology).
MBA will be preferred.
Experience :
0–3 years of relevant experience in enterprise / B2B sales, preferably in IT / Technology solutions.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a techno-commercial environment.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions.
Consultative selling approach with a focus on value-driven solutions.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
