- Design and implement scalable outbound lead generation strategies tailored to regional market dynamics (India, EMEA, and US).
- Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of lead generation efforts.
Team Leadership
Hire, mentor, and lead a team of lead generation specialists and inside sales executives.Establish performance goals, provide regular coaching, and drive a high-accountability culture.Campaign Execution
Oversee multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and webinars.Align campaign strategies with Marketing and Regional Business Development goals.Pipeline Development
