Reporting to : General Manager / Director – Sales

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in the kitchen appliances division. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealer / distributor networks, developing new business opportunities, and driving brand growth in the assigned territory or region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and market share in kitchen appliances.
• Manage and grow distributor / dealer networks across the region.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives or representatives.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners, channel partners, and institutional clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments for product expansion.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand visibility.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage escalations effectively.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
