Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement new menu items and seasonal offerings based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Control food costs and manage inventory effectively to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a consistent dining experience.
Skills and Qualifications
