As we continue to expand and prepare for IPO readiness, we are strengthening our Accounts and Finance Division with an experienced and dynamic Senior Accounts Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager with strong leadership and technical accounting expertise to oversee our entire finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in an EPC, construction, or infrastructure company , managing books of accounts, audits, tax compliance, and project-wise financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the entire accounting team and day-to-day financial operations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with statutory and company policies.
• Manage project-wise cost accounting , vendor billing, and receivables / payables tracking.
• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and prepare MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits .
• Ensure timely TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other filings .
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet, P&L statements , and cash-flow forecasts.
• Support budgeting, fund flow, and working capital management .
• Collaborate with management during bank audits, credit assessments
• Strengthen internal financial controls and implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

CA (Inter) preferred.
