Infrastructure Specialist - System Administration

Job descriptionStrong communication skills Deploy, configure, and maintain Storage, Server, and Virtualization environments Manage NetApp storage systems (ONTAP, SAN, NAS, iSCSI, NFS, SMB, SnapMirror, SnapVault) Administer virtualization platforms – Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN Install, configure, and maintain Dell servers (physical and virtual) Perform system upgrades, firmware updates, and patch management Optimize infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues using Dell OpenManage, NetApp Active IQ, VMware vRealize Automate provisioning and operations using PowerShell, Python, or Bash Implement and manage backup & disaster recovery solutions aligned with RTO / RPO targets Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of relevant experience in Dell, NetApp, VMware-based infrastructure engineering Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux administration, ITIL practices, and data center operations Familiarity with Networking, DNS, AD, Firewall concepts

- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with strong focus on Dell, NetApp, and VMware technologies
- Proficiency in Windows / Linux server administration
- Solid understanding of enterprise data center operations and ITIL best practices
- Knowledge of Networking, DNS, Active Directory (AD), Firewall
