Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tele Caller fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English. The Tele Caller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, handling inbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Other day-to-day tasks include managing customer queries, maintaining accurate call records, following up with customers, and supporting sales efforts by generating leads.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or telemarketing
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate call records
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in the related field is advantageous
