This team collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive & win strategies, manage pursuit budget, ensure compliance and accuracy, drive quality, mitigate potential risks etc. By overseeing the entire bid process, bid managers enhance the organization's ability to create compelling bids, win new business opportunities, and learn from past experiences for continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesProven expertise in managing large, complex, and multi-tower deals for NA & Europe market.Develop bid strategy, win themes, and differentiation.Contribute towards operation excellence by ensuring metrics adherence, leading, or contributing to projects etc.In-depth understanding of the pre-sales space and various levers attached to.
