SAP QM Specialist

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Specialist to lead and deliver end-to-end SAP QM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP QM, a strong understanding of quality management processes, and a history of driving successful SAP implementations. This role requires hands-on configuration skills, cross-functional integration knowledge, and a business-focused mindset to help organizations achieve process excellence through SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and implement SAP QM solutions aligned with business quality processes.
• Lead or support full-cycle SAP QM implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, realization, testing, training, and go-live.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of existing SAP QM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, PM, SD) to ensure seamless integration across modules.
• Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.
• Conduct system testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance.
• Provide training and support to end users and super users in SAP QM processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP QM features and best practices.
