Job description8+ years in SAP QM implementation and support Experience with S / 4HANA upgrades or rollouts Deep knowledge of quality processes in regulated supply chain & distribution environments Ability to interpret SAP simplification items and apply them to business processes. Strong functional spec writing and cross-functional collaboration Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with stakeholders to define and integrate QM processes across S / 4HANA and legacy ERP system.
- Design and document functional solutions, including specs for custom enhancements
- Lead testing efforts (unit, regression, UAT) and deliver end-user training
- Review and validate SAP OSS notes, simplification lists, and release documentation specific to QM (1909-2023).
- Support data migration and ensure quality-related data integrity
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
- End user training.
