Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud (mandatory) along with functional experience in at least two of the following SAP modules : Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Business Warehouse (BW – Support). This role requires a blend of hands-on functional knowledge, leadership capabilities, and team management skills. The candidate will be responsible for driving solution design, ensuring smooth support operations, leading project initiatives, and optimizing business processes across the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert-level support and configuration in SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud and at least two core modules : MM, PP, QM, EWM, and BW (Support).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP functional solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues in collaboration with business users and technical teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of SAP functional consultants across modules.
  • Drive project delivery, change management, and support operations with minimal disruptions.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for SAP-related functional issues.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance reviews, project status updates, and align deliverables with business goals.
  • Oversee the functional support lifecycle including incident resolution, change management, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization across modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead SAP rollout, implementation, migration, and enhancement projects (with focus on S / 4HANA Public Cloud).
  • Develop detailed project plans, assess risks, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of SAP functional experience with hands-on expertise in at least two of the following : MM, PP, QM, EWM, BW (Support).
  • Mandatory : Strong hands-on experience in SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud (implementation or support).
  • Solid understanding of module integration and business process alignment.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management experience.
  • Experience managing client escalations, stakeholder communication, and service delivery.
  • Familiarity with SAP best practices, ITIL frameworks, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules and S / 4HANA Public Cloud are a strong advantage.
  • Project management experience (SAP rollouts, upgrades, S / 4HANA Public Cloud implementations) highly desirable.
