Work Timings : 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM (One-way cab provided at 3 : 00 AM)
ey Responsibilities :
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling and targeted outreach to U.S. clients.
Create and optimize outbound email campaigns to drive lead conversion.
Conduct market research to identify key segments and decision-makers.
Engage with prospects to understand needs and present suitable solutions.
Clearly communicate Hexaview Tech's offerings and value propositions.
Qualify leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Handle objections effectively and follow up on leads promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead transitions.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, emails, and lead generation.
Advanced Expectations :
Strong research skills using LinkedIn, databases, and reports.
Experience with multi-touch outbound campaigns (email + calls).
Proven success in cold calling and U.S. market lead conversion.
Analytical mindset with experience in sales enablement tools.
Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented.
Requirements :
4+ years of experience in U.S. lead generation, cold calling, and email campaigns (fresh grads with internships can apply).
Proficiency in prospecting tools, CRM, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zone).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Energetic, customer-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
