We are looking for a Quality & Process Excellence Lead who will be the torchbearer of quality and operational excellence across it's large-scale AI data workflows. This is a chance to define gold-standard quality frameworks for one of the most exciting AI companies in India.

What You'll Do

• Build and enhance quality assurance systems for AI data operations.
• Drive process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvements.
• Monitor key quality metrics, lead corrective actions, and ensure compliance.
• Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of excellence .
• Partner with leadership to deliver world-class, trustworthy AI operations .
