We are seeking a proactive and well-connected
Influencer Marketing Manager
to lead influencer-driven campaigns for multiple brands under our Agency The role requires a balance of strategy, execution, and relationship management, ensuring campaigns are impactful, measurable, and aligned with client objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end – from strategy, shortlisting, negotiation, and contracting, to execution, tracking, and reporting
Leverage existing relationships with creators and talent managers to deliver campaigns across creator categories (nano, micro, macro, mega)
Design campaigns across diverse budget sizes and geographies (tier-1, tier-2, regional)
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align influencer activations with brand objectives
Work with influencer and talent agencies to maximize reach and ROI
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate detailed reports
Maintain and grow Crescent Group’s influencer database with updated contacts, pricing, and performance metrics
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and emerging talent
What You Need to Qualify for This Role
3-5 years of agency experience in influencer marketing
Strong influencer network across categories and geographies
Proven experience managing campaigns across nano, micro, macro, and mega influencer levels
Experience working with both influencer marketing agencies and talent management firms
Ability to handle diverse budgets and campaign scales
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent project management and multitasking ability
Familiarity with influencer platforms, campaign tracking tools, and ROI measurement
