Overview :
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and relationship-focused
Influencer Marketing Specialist
to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through influencer-led campaigns. This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers across multiple platforms, ensuring impactful collaborations that align with our brand values and goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify influencer opportunities.
Influencer Identification & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies.
Evaluate influencers based on audience relevance, engagement, authenticity, and ROI potential.
Campaign Execution
Plan, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
Brief influencers on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and deliverables.
Ensure timely execution and high-quality content delivery.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with social media, content, design, and performance marketing teams for cohesive brand campaigns.
Support PR and brand events by leveraging influencer presence and promotion.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator economy, and digital trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to identify authentic storytelling opportunities.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with influencer platforms / tools.
Strong network of influencer / agency contacts (a plus).
Knowledge of both micro- and macro-influencer ecosystems.
Familiarity with paid media amplification of influencer content.
