Executive Assistant / Program Manager - Luxury Interior Design / Architecture Firm

Our client is Indias leading luxury interior design and architecture firm, celebrated for creating bespoke spaces that embody creativity, precision, and timeless design. As the brand expands its presence and scales new initiatives, they are seeking a Chief of Staff who will work directly with the Founder to drive projects, programs, and brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder to plan, manage, and execute strategic projects and brand initiatives.
• Act as a program manager, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved across teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, clients).
• Support the Founder in building the brand through events, partnerships, campaigns, and public-facing initiatives.
• Track progress of multiple programs, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with the Founders priorities.
• Anticipate roadblocks, problem-solve proactively, and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Manage communication, briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
