Join G Cube Studios as a Senior Marketing Manager, who can oversee vendor collaborations, track performance metrics, and enhance brand presence through strategic partnerships and activations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across digital, social, offline, and events
Plan and manage lead generation campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Oversee SEO, content marketing, and website performance to drive organic growth
Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align marketing with business goals
Manage agency / vendor relationships for content, creatives, PR, and media buying
Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize for better outcomes
Enhance brand presence through awards, partnerships, influencer tie-ups, and offline activations
Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the design / lifestyle industry)
Strong knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, and brand building
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Proven track record in generating and converting high-quality leads
Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and content quality
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience with interior design or real estate marketing
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
