Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales, product, marketing) for research and targeting.
Navigate BFSI procurement processes, including RFPs, bids, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including BFSI decision-makers, compliance officers, and financial directors.
Conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing solutions relevant to BFSI challenges, such as digital banking or risk management tools.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of B2B inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in the BFSI sector.
Strong knowledge of BFSI sales cycles, financial product offerings, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage BFSI stakeholders.
