This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, Haryana.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Specialized Sourcing : Develop and execute highly targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for niche roles such as ASIC / VLSI Design Engineers, Analog / Mixed-Signal Engineers, Semiconductor Process Engineers, Firmware Developers, and Test / Validation Engineers.
• Consultative Partnership : Collaborate closely with executive leadership and highly technical hiring managers to deeply understand specific talent needs, roadmaps, and required expertise within the semiconductor lifecycle (design, fabrication, packaging, and test).
• Candidate Pipelining : Build robust, long-term talent pipelines for highly critical and hard-to-fill semiconductor roles globally or within a specific region.
• Technical Screening : Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidates' relevant experience in areas like FinFET, advanced node technologies, EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor), RTL design, verification methodologies (UVM / Specman), and fabrication processes.
• Market Expertise : Serve as the internal subject matter expert on compensation trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability within the global semiconductor industry.
