Responsibilities :
- Regular visit to dealers and sub dealers.
- Zonal execution support & Performance monitoring.
- Capacity utilization, Ramp-up & Market seeding initiatives.
- Operational coordination & HO Program execution.
- Support execution of CU ramp-up and market seeding programs in coordination with Zonal Sales teams.
- Drive timely tracking, follow-ups and resolution of operational issues to enable smooth regional implementation.
- Anchor regional reporting for HO-led initiatives and provide performance insights for CXO reviews.
- Act as an extension of the NSH Office in the region to ensure execution alignment and faster feedback loops.
