Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Sales & Marketing with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and online meetings to promote company products / services.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound / outbound sales activities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM tools.

Support the sales team in proposal creation, follow-ups, and client engagement.

Learn and contribute to the sales process, pipeline management, and market analysis.

Requirements

MBA in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institute.

Good academic record with no active backlogs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and articulate business requirements effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills.

Candidates should be able to discuss their MBA project — objectives, execution, and outcomes.

If there is a gap after graduation, should be able to explain how they have utilized their time productively.

Tech exposure (such as CRM, lead management, or business tools) will be an added advantage.

(Note : SEO or Digital Marketing alone will not be considered as technical experience.)
