Experience : - 5+ years in the automobile industry as a trainer.- 2+ years as a Sales Team Leader or Manager.- 2+ years in frontline automobile sales.- language : Proficiency in English and the relevant regional language.Skills & Competencies- Strong in coaching, mentoring, and performance review.- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).- Passion for automobiles and people development.Roles & Responsibilities- Deliver training across Sales, Service, Used Car, Guest Relations, and Value Chain.- Conduct hybrid training sessions (online and offline).- Perform audits, gap analysis, SOP reviews, and training content customization.- Ensure KPI achievement : Knowledge Index, Enquiry Conversion, Retail Performance, etc.- Submit training effectiveness reports and monthly performance reviews.- Support in dealer manpower recruitment and training program logistics.
