This is a leadership role, pivotal to scaling presence and building long-term client partnerships across HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Distribution LeadershipDevelop and execute robust sales & distribution strategies for in-house PMS, AIF, and curated third-party products.Drive AUM growth across channels – HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Clients, IFAs, and National Distributors.Client & Partner ManagementBuild deep, trust-based relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, and Corporate Treasuries.Expand partnerships with distributors, private bankers, and intermediaries to widen product reach.Fundraising & Business DevelopmentAchieve ambitious fundraising targets across PMS, AIF, and alternative investments.Identify and onboard new distribution partners while strengthening existing ones.Regulatory & Market AwarenessStay updated on SEBI and AIF regulations; ensure compliance in all distribution activities.Leverage research-driven insights and market intelligence for product positioning.Team Building & MentorshipBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales & distribution team.Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and client-first approach.Strategic CollaborationWork closely with Product, Research, and Marketing teams to align client propositions with market needs.Drive digital adoption and innovative IR strategies to enhance investor engagement.Candidate ProfileExperience : 15+ years in Wealth Management / Asset Management / Distribution of PMS, AIF, or similar investment products.Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in fundraising and scaling distribution networks.Market Expertise : Strong understanding of PMS, AIFs, mutual funds, alternates, and regulatory frameworks.Relationship Skills : Exceptional ability to engage with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and institutions.Leadership : Experience in leading large teams, driving growth, and influencing stakeholders.Mindset : Strategic thinker with execution excellence and an entrepreneurial spirit.
