Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Associate located in Gurugram. The F&B Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service and customer service, ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings, and maintaining excellent communication with both customers and team members. Daily tasks include preparing and serving food, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a clean and organized service area.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic Culinary Skills and food preparation knowledge
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized service area
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is beneficial
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
