Role Overview : The Corporate Beverage Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the beverage strategy across all Quorum clubs. This role combines creative program development, brand partnerships, and operational excellence to deliver a distinctive, best-in-class beverage experience aligned with The Quorums brand ethos.

The position oversees bar operations, cocktail innovation, vendor partnerships, beverage training, and commercial collaborations across Gurugram, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, while supporting new club setups and special events.

Key Responsibilities :

Beverage Strategy & Innovation :

• Define and execute a cohesive beverage vision across all clubs, balancing creativity, profitability, and brand alignment.
• Develop and refresh cocktail menus, wine and spirits lists, and seasonal offerings in collaboration with Bar Managers and Executive Chefs.
• Track global trends in mixology, sustainability, and premium beverage experiences to ensure
• The Quorum remains ahead of the curve.
• Standardize recipes, presentation, and service rituals across outlets while allowing for local character and guest preference.
