Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Zenwork's social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This role is key to building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and positioning Zenwork as a thought leader in tax compliance and regulatory technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with Zenwork's brand and marketing objectives.
• Manage daily operations across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create and publish engaging multimedia content that reflects the brand's tone and values.
• Collaborate with design, product, and content teams for campaign development and messaging alignment.
• Identify trends, monitor competitors, and apply insights to enhance content performance.
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns to drive awareness and user acquisition.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Build and nurture online communities through consistent engagement and thoughtful responses.
• Support key product launches, events, and partnerships through targeted social content.
