What you will be doing :
- Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc.
- Stay up to date with market trends, internet culture, and memes to create content that drives engagement, attracts followers, and increases brand visibility.
- Monitor market-related conversations to ensure timely and relevant posting.
- Collaborate with journalists, editors, and the content team to highlight top stories and analysis.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Respond to audience interactions and foster community engagement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of the curve
What we are looking for :
2-5 years of experience managing social media for a media, news, or digital content company.Strong understanding of X, Facebook, and Instagram best practices.Ability to create short, engaging copy aligned with the kind of content we post.Experience with analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Prior experience in web3 media is a strong plus.Things to Note :
