We are seeking a Techno-Functional Client Account Manager to serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our clients. The ideal candidate will excel in requirement gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, production support coordination, incident management oversight, and stakeholder management. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of client relationship management, strong analytical abilities, and a foundational knowledge of SQL.

Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key offshore clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Requirement Gathering :
Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate translation of client requirements into actionable tasks.User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support :
Assist clients during the UAT phase to ensure solutions meet their expectations.Coordinate with internal teams to address any issues identified during testing.Production Support Coordination :
Liaise with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to ensure timely resolution of production issues.Monitor incident management processes to ensure compliance with service level agreements.Incident Management Oversight :
Oversee the incident management process, ensuring efficient handling and resolution of client-reported incidents.Implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents.Stakeholder Management :
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant or in a similar role, preferably handling clients.Strong analytical skills, including critical thinking, data analysis, research, problem-solving, and attention to detail.Basic proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and understand simple queries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
