Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Invoicing & Billing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include managing and processing invoices, ensuring accurate client billing, and handling various aspects of the billing process. The specialist will work closely with other departments to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Effective communication with clients and internal teams is essential to maintain seamless billing operations and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Billing Process and Invoicing
• Strong knowledge of Client Billing and Accounting practices
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Proficiency in financial and billing software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in billing or accounting roles is a plus
