Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Billing Specialist with over 10 years of experience to lead billing, invoicing, payments, revenue recognition, and integrations within Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Billing configurations, governance, and best practices, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. This role requires collaboration across technical and business teams to streamline and optimize billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Billing projects including requirements gathering, configuration, implementation, and post-production support.
• Design and manage invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition workflows within Salesforce Billing and CPQ ecosystems.
• Oversee Salesforce Billing integrations with external financial and ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and reconciliation.
• Implement governance policies, compliance standards, and security best practices related to billing data and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and IT to optimize billing operations and reporting.
• Provide subject matter expertise, mentorship, and leadership to the billing team and stakeholders.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira) to manage deliverables and workflows.
• Drive automation initiatives enhancing billing efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements, release notes, and recommend adoption of relevant features.
