📍 Location : Mumbai

🕒 Experience : 10+ Years (Beauty / Makeup / Skincare Training)

🏭 Industry Preference : Luxury Beauty Retail Only

✨ About the Role

Lead pan-India training, manage calendars, conduct store trainings, run TTT, build capability programs, drive CX, support launches & NSOs, and partner with Ops & Brand teams.

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• Strong beauty / skincare / makeup training background
• Luxury retail experience (mandatory)
• Excellent coaching, communication & leadership
