This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Service Executive. Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build relationships
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment
• Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
