Mode of Work : Remote

Experience & Domain Knowledge :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or card scheme operations.
Strong understanding of transaction lifecycle, authorization flows,

disputes / chargebacks, and reconciliation processes.

Technical & Analytical Skills :

Ability to analyze large transaction datasets and identify patterns or anomalies.

Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis platforms would be a

plus.

Experience with API-based payment integrations and basic troubleshooting.

Communication & Stakeholder Management :

Strong experience in handling client escalations and cross-functional

coordination with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

Ability to provide structured updates to internal management and external clients.

Process & Compliance Awareness :

Knowledge of PCI-DSS, GDPR, or similar compliance frameworks in payments would

be a plus.

Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, and incident management processes.

Additional Responsibilities :

Proactive identification of process gaps and suggesting automation or efficiency

improvements.

Contributing to client documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base creation for

recurring issues.
