Total Experience : Resource must have 5+ years

Shift Time : Evening or Night Shift

Mandatory Skills : Must have TW / TouchWorks BI

Skills and experiences required :

  • Overall experience 5+ years in US Healthcare IT industry in operations / production support
  • Experience in supporting Altera EHR product, TouchWorks (TW) in BI team (TW BI )
  • Custom Reports development / enhancements for TW (TouchWorks), VPM (Veradigm Practice Management) , Care Director, Care Manager, EzCap and dbMotion.
  • Experience in creating data extracts for third parties both regulatory and non-regulatory
  • Support and Maintenance for custom reports and ETLs
  • Workflow automations and corrections in TW
  • Experience in SSIS, SSRS development and issue resolution
  • Experience in creating dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide production and operations support for the TouchWorks (TW) BI environment.
  • Develop and enhance custom reports for :

    • 1. TouchWorks (TW)

    2. Veradigm Practice Management (VPM)

    3. Care Director

    4. Care Manager

    5. EzCap

    6. dbMotion

  • Create and manage data extracts for third-party systems (regulatory and non-regulatory).
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ETL workflows and custom reports.
  • Execute workflow automation and correction initiatives within TouchWorks.
  • Develop, deploy, and support SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
  • Design and deliver dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
