Support Analyst-MD-Staff

Mandatory Skills Description :

4+ years of IT experience

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving

Good business understanding of operational workflows

Excellent communication and teamwork

Ability to learn new applications quickly

Experience with non-clinical systems like :

HVAC

Facilities work order management

Key management

Risk / feedback reporting

Security incident reporting

Class tracking

Membership management

Note :

We are looking for a candidate for

IT Application Support

with experience in

one or more

of the following applications :

Compete OR Keystone / SimpleK OR MD Staff OR Omnigo OR RL6 / Converge OR TMS (Accruent) OR Trane / TracerEnsemble .

The role also requires experience in

customer interaction, requirement gathering, and application testing / validation .
