Job descriptionManage hiring, performance, and growth for the engineering team. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and learning-focused culture. Set goals, offer feedback, and support team success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Lead engineering execution from concept to release. Manage risks and ensure alignment with business needs. Define and drive a technical roadmap that supports business goals. Recommend technologies and frameworks to enhance capabilities. Work closely with leadership to align tech strategy with market trends. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with leadership and partners. Ensure alignment of engineering outcomes with business : Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering leadership role. Experience building full-stack solutions with microservices (Java) and Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to AI / ML and GenAI; willingness to experiment and innovate. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS / GCP Architect) are a plus.
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team.
This role requires strong expertise in Backend Development, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML), along with proven engineering leadership experience and a passion for innovation.
Experience Level 10-16 Years.
