Role : Engineering Manager

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 6-8 years

Reports to : Founder / CPTO

Crest Capital Management is building India's first new-age multi-family office & asset management platform - designed for the country's top 0.01% founders, operators, and value creators.

What you'll do :

  • Architect & build the Crest platform.
  • Design secure, scalable, API-driven systems that integrate with aggregators, banks, brokerages & custodians.
  • Build tools for portfolio tracking, reporting, and compliance.
  • Hire, mentor & lead a high-performance engineering team.

What we're looking for :

  • Strong full-stack experience (modern JS + backend services).
  • Deep cloud-native development skills (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Secure API design & systems integration expertise.
  • Background in fintech, wealthtech, or banking platforms.
