Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Commi II at Aahana Resort, located in Jim corbett. The Chinese Commi II will be responsible for the daily preparation and presentation of food items, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, assisting in cooking and culinary activities, and ensuring efficient communication within the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Hygiene and Culinary Skills
• Good Communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Relevant culinary certifications or training
