Role : Engineering Manager

Location : Noida

Key Responsibilities :

• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering (Backend, Frontend, QA, Data Science) and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth product delivery and adoption.
• Tracking & Prioritization : Monitor daily deployments, outcomes, and product builds. Prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Planning & Execution : Lead scrum meetings with Project Managers and Engineering PODs to review milestones, track progress, and identify blockers.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting : Resolve day-to-day technical queries, assist with product configuration, and promote best-in-class implementation practices.
