Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition and Management
- Acquire new HNI clients and facilitate Demat and Trading account opening (online / offline).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Product Sales and Upselling
- Promote products like Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF to clients.
- Lead Generation
- Generate leads through cold calls and open market activities.
- Portfolio Management
- Keep accurate records of client portfolios and interactions.
- Sales Targets
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Customer Support
- Manage client queries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Compliance
- Ensure systems and processes comply with all regulatory requirements.
