People & Organization (P&O) - Business Partner
As a trusted partner to, and a member of the Corporate Functions' leadership team, the role holder brings deep insight, an independent viewpoint and P&O expertise to business issues. Consults with and influences senior leaders in the Corporate Functions to take actions on emerging people related topics. Translates business requirements into human capital imperatives and uses the full value chain of P&O to derive relevant P&O solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business. Plays a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design, and structure.

Role Dimension :
The role spans multiple Corporate Functions and also includes responsibility for functional employees within the Business, where specific development and engagement initiatives need to be centrally anchored.
It provides a unique opportunity to engage with a broad set of senior stakeholders, including those working directly with the Country CEO, CFO, and Function Heads.
Stakeholders & Collaborators :
Corporate Function Heads, Leadership Teams and people managers in all the functions, P&O Expert functions like Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Talent Management, Global P&OBPs of all Functions, BU P&OBPs for people topics related to business functions like EHS, P&O Shared Services.
