This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities :
Understand technical job requirements from product-based clients.
Source and screen profilesusing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn,GitHub, and internal databases.
Conduct initial telephonic roundsto evaluate candidates’ communication and technical fit.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle : sourcing,screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain strongrelationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Stay up-to-date with emergingtechnologies and markettrends in the product-tech space.
Requirements :
Experience : 0-5 years in IT or technical recruitment.
Education : Any Graduate (B.Tech / B.E. / MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior exposure to product-based client hiring is Must.
Strong understanding of tech roles like Software Engineers, Frontend / Backend Developers, DevOps, QA, etc.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for recruitment and willingness to learn.
