For over 40 years, we have been serving diverse industrial segments of the chemical industry, including Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Home Care, Personal Care, Paints, Oils & Lubricants, Dyes & Pigments, Textiles, and Resins.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage sales of specialty and industrial chemicals across assigned regions and industries.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Home Care, Personal Care, Paint, Oil & Lubricants, Dyes & Pigments, Textile, and Resin sectors.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets through effective planning, negotiation, and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales service.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred.
2–5 years of experience in chemical sales or related industrial sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
