Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President at Rivy Consumer Private Limited, located in Noida. The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing company operations, developing strategic initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. They will also ensure alignment with company values and objectives, manage budgets, and implement policies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles in the cosmetics or FMCG industry
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
• Excellent team leadership and people management capabilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
• Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and demonstrate commitment to the company's core values
